 Pierrick Picaut has a product called Alive, and looks promising.  His tutorials would give you all the information to make your own anime. (paid) You can find his courses here.

He has some great tips on what makes an anime look anime.  Specifically, animating on the 2s. Meaning every other frame.  (didn't know that)  He gives you an idea of what what's it's like as an animator.
