Talks about retargeting your mocap to different characaters, and setting up your mocap using a paid addon.  He also says there is a free add on also sorta does the same thing with mixed results. Download the Rokoko retargeting add on here.

 

 

 

This is a great way to get character to walk around following a path.  Using the free mixamo motion capture files.   The key is to have the character walk in place.
