Kit ops Free version.   (There is also a paid Plugin I might Review)    My Artstation Art has some images of these props.

I created some props using the kit ops free version.  Initially I created them in about 20min and an hour.  Tweaking the textures and lighting took awhile longer.

Here is a little tutorial on how to make a dress for your female characters.  In the Cloth setting there is a sewing setting that makes this technique possible.

This page just has reviews of the new features in each version.   It's good to watch all of them just to have an idea of some of the things that Blender can do, and updates.
